If you rent here, you will therefore have 2 separate rooms ( 30 m2 and 10 m2) and free access to the rest of the common areas and garden.
Located in a dream area, quiet neigorhood, easy access to center, train stations, Basilique, Atomium, ERASME hospital
The minimum contract duration is 6 months

The space
I am Marco, Italian artist, I live in this huge and beautiful 5-room house.
I wish to host guests who are in Brussels for a short period of time or a longer period.

I wish to rent my 4 remaining rooms to two people. Each guest would have two rooms:

- a bigger one which is around 30 m2 with private bath room
and
- a smaller one of 11 m2 which could be used either as a second room or an office or even a space where you have your own private living room.

I live between Belgium in Italy as my family lives in Italy.
