The apartment is located over a historical silver smith, right in the heart of the seventh district or 'Neubau', an area full of cool independent boutiques, wine taverns and artists studios. There is an underground station within 5 minutes walking distance to the biggest viennese shopping street, 'Mariahilfer Strasse'.

The space
The flat is spacious and its location is one of the best in whole Vienna. Please be aware that the kitchen is relatively small for 9 people, but the neighbourhood is full of small, delicious restaurants.
The spaceous balcony overlooks a viennese courtyard, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere, a contrast to the booming city life waiting outside.
