My place is close to the beach (70 m), with windsurfing and other water sports, close to super markets, restaurants, playgrounds, all within walking distance. Located 7km from the airport and the town of Rhodes. You’ll adore my place because of the the beach, the great sunsets, the neighbourhood and the family friendliness, the garden with roses, boucanvilias and fig trees. It is superb for couples, families (with kids), windsurfers and kitesurfers.

The space
Entered via a Lindian pebbled entrance with 2 marble steps this studio is open plan, circular with a mezzanine floor. A four and a half meter high ceiling portrays a combination of the Mill Style. As you enter, the 40m2 area has a comfortable living room, dining area, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen area. On the wooden 20m2 mezzanine floor, there is a double bed, a single and a suki type single bed.
