A shower bathroom, suitable for people with mobility needs, is also available on this level. An additional guest can sleep on the sofa bed of the living room.

The top floor of the Villa offers one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed in addition to a common shower bathroom. A balcony with an outdoor seating area and wonderful views is available.
