The garden in front of the house has trees that offer shade, lounging options, and dining facilities. It also provides a huge stone BBQ for your dinner outside. The inner yard (patio) of the house is a unique place for you to relax.

At the foot of Mount Psiloritis and only 7 km away from the beach, Lagolio is the perfect location to combine relaxed beach holidays with hiking and mountain walking tours.
The village of Lagolio is situated in the olive trees fields in the south of Crete just above the Minoan Palace of Phaistos and 4 kilometers north of the village of Timbaki, where you can find all kinds of amenities.
It is an authentic, quiet and small village with a taverna (Imeros) that serves traditional food. In Lagolio there are a couple of rooms for rent. On the edge of the village, there is a large church with red-colored roof tiles. It is built in the shape of a cross. On the other side of the village you find the older and smaller village church that dates from 1899.
