Malama's Maisonette is named after the mother of the owner and is located in one of the historical districts of Heraklion city called Lakkos

Giorgos, the owner of the maisonette single handedly restored the house from ruins to a charming sanctuary!
The restoration took place a few years ago. Every structural element was treated with respect for the traditional methods the old craftsmen used. Giorgos preserved the original mosaic tiles and the stone walls, bring out the traditional local architecture.
