Levanda Villa is a lovely 3-bedroom Villa with a private pool and very beautiful sea views, 3 km from the sandy beach of Falassarna and 400 meters away from a few very nice local taverns with Cretan food. Three en-suite bathrooms are provided.

The space
Levanda Villa has a modern, sea view, open plan area with a living room corner, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area on the ground floor. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and a small wc with a washing machine are also provided on this floor.

The upper floor of the Villa has two more bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom offers a private en-suite shower bathroom and has access to one or two private sea view furnished balconies. Every bedroom is air-conditioned.
