Kappa Residence is a brand new 3-bedroom penthouse with a private heated Jacuzzi and a very spacious private veranda in the center of Chania town, 150 meters from the famous old town and 1200 meters from the sandy beach of Nea Chora. The elegant penthouse is located on the second floor of a just renovated small building and it is very peaceful despite its central location.

The space
A lovely open plan area with a living room corner with a smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen is provided. A big refrigerator, a ceramic kitchen, a boiler, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are provided.

Three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart TV and a wardrobe are offered. Two shower bathrooms are also available. A washing machine is provided in one of the bathrooms.

All guests can enjoy a very spacious private veranda with a heated Jacuzzi and a lovely pergola with a shaded dining table. Small ceremonies and weddings can be organized here.
