I'm renting my flat, in times when I'm travelling when I'm not in town - I travel a lot for work. It's really quiet and roomy in my flat. You have noble, new kitchen, whirlpool bath tube and everything is modern. You have 2 bedrooms, the living room and the balcony with hammock to use, you can see the green, quiet garden.

The space
Guests have to use: bedroom (on their own), kitchen, bathroom, toilette, anteroom. Bedroom: one double bed. Kitchen: noble kitchen facilities to use, bathroom with whirlpool bath tub. Living room and balcony with hammock.
The homestay is located in the outskirts of the city in a very green area with lots of parks; 25 minutes to the city centre.

In der Umgebung befinden sich sehr viele Parks mit Kinderspielplätzen und sehr viele Grünfächen; der Wald ist in 20-30 Minuten Gehzeit erreichbar; der Liesingbach in 5-10 Minuten.

Travel Details from the host -> Ich bin eine lebensfrohe, kontaktfreudige, weltoffene Person, die gerne neue Menschen aus aller Welt kennenlernt. Bei mir sind Familien mit Kindern genauso willkommen wie Backpacking-Reisende, Städtetouristen und digitale Nomaden. :-) Ich mag Kinder, arbeite als Pädagogin, Texterin und Autorin; bin selbst schon viel mit Backpacking und Airbnb gereist und möchte irgendwann vielleicht als digitale Nomadin unterwegs sein. :-) Ich bin auch jetzt schon beruflich viel unterwegs, daher könnte es sein, dass ihr (teilweise) die Wohnung für euch alleine habt, auch, wenn ihr (nur) ein oder zwei Zimmer bucht. ;-) Ich freue mich auf Ihre/deine Anfrage oder Buchung. :-)
