Mooie wandelingen en restaurants in onmiddellijke omgeving. Paradijs voor fietsers . Zomeractiviteiten: plage , open luchtzwembad met lage inkomprijs, wandeldijk, zomer bars , jachthaven . Gemakkelijke verbinding naar Lotto arena en sportpaleis.

Lichte kamer met grote kast. Kamer ligt in een aparte nacht hal zodat geluid uit de woonkamer niet stoort. Heel veel stilte in de blok en buiten. Veel parkeer ruimte. Natuur in de directe omgeving. Antwerpen op een boogscheut.
