I am an artist/filmmaker - since I will be working abroad in September, I am renting out one room in my appartment.

It's a big room in a bright and quiet 2-person flat share with cat and a view onto a beautiful, green square, the Ilgplatz.

You'll love the appartment because of its nice view, loads of light, cozyness and proximity nature as well as the center. It's located above the Circus museum and a lovely square.

The space
The flat has typical Viennese charm: high ceilings, wooden floors, big rooms and stylish furniture. All rooms are flooded with light and have a nice view either onto the square or a green yard.

Your room (25m2) is looking onto the square - it is fully furnished (bed, couch, cupboard). A desk for writing can be placed upon request.
