My apartment is newly renovated, 50qm big and in the 3rd floor.
You have big bed with 1,80cm and a couch you can seperate in two 90cm beds, so enough space for up to 4 people. You have a fully euqiped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a electric kettle. In the Bathroom you can find a washing machine and enough fresh towels for you. The apartment is arround 7minutes (by feet) away from the next Metro station (Praterstern) which transport you in 3Stations to the citycenter

The apartment is divided into 3 rooms - spacious living room, bedroom and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom and toilet are separate.
Walking 7 min from the Underground U1 or U2 Praterstern you enter this wonderful flat via a spacious hall that leads you to a bedroom for 2 guests, a fully equipped bright kitchen in Scandinavian style, a bathroom with a shower, a separate restroom and finally to a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a cozy, TV and a desk!Where to Stay, what to expect from vacation rental, best price for the holiday property.

You will find Viennas famous amusement park Prater as well as the wonderful Prater main avenue which is a great place for walks or sports activities. The train station as well as a metro station is just 7 minutes away from the apartment . You can go shopping there even on holidays or until late at night(Other supermarkts in Vienna are closed from 20:00 and not working on Sundays). In addition, the 2nd district is known for its markets where you can buy fresh food of all kinds.
