Hi, I'm renting out my room when I'm out of town. I live in an amazing shared flat in the up and coming 2nd district of Vienna.

I share the place with four great flatmates - they are friendly, fun and respectful. The apartment is huge (200m2) and has a big yet cozy common area. I have no doubt you'll feel right at home here.

The space
The room comes with a large bed (180x200cm) in which two persons can sleep very comfortably. My working space, the balcony, tv, PS3 (you can log on to your Netflix account) and a few of my drawers may be used by guests.

Guest access
The offer includes the room and it's amenities as well as the usage of the kitchen, common space & bathrooms. You will share your bathroom with only one of my flatmates.

The apartment is in a neighborhood that's developing very quickly. It's cool and peaceful at the same time, especially regarding it's central location. There's a nice park just around the corner from here. Next to it is my favorite coffeeshop/café in the area called "Salon am Park" - a very relaxed and local experience. Danube island is only a stone's throw away. Supermarkets (organic, discounter, etc.) and a few new restaurants are all within a few minutes from the apartment.
