The space
Wir (Anna/31 und Lukas/33) vermieten unsere Wohnung wenn wir selbst verreist sind. Die Wohnung ist 70 qm groß und ein für Wien typischer Altbau mit hohen Wänden und Fischgräten Parkett. Sie liegt im 3. Stock - ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem 25qm großen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem ebenso großen Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für 4 Personen, großer Couch auf der man ebenfalls schlafen kann, einem Arbeitsplatz sowie einem Fernseher. Die Räume sind sehr hell und sonnendurchflutet, es gibt Jalousien um abzudunkeln. Der 6. Bezirk liegt zwischen der Shoppingmeile Mariahilferstraße und dem Naschmarkt. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Gumpendorferstraße, auf der sich viele Lokale und Shops befinden. Gegenüber liegen eine Bar (Raymonds) und eine neapolitanische Pizzeria (Disco Volante), gleich nebenan ist das Garten Café mit einem sehr netten grünen Innenhof und das Restaurant Augora mit Gastgarten auf der Straße. Auch sehr nett: Die Bar Habakuk auf dem Platz vor der Kirche und der Secondhand Shop Humana einen Block weiter. Einige asiatische Lokale, darunter unser Lieblingsvietnamese (Xin Chao) sind ebenfalls nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

I would say going out to have a nice meal at a restaurant is one of my favorite things to do. I see myself as a city girl, but I also love nature.
