Greetings from your own art room! I have created a cosy atmosphere in a sunlit flat of an „Altbau” house. You are in the very center of Vienna in a sustainable 6th district. All the major cultural attractions, restaurants and shopping streets are within a walking distance. If I am at home (I will be traveling between Sep. 3rd and Oct. 22nd 2022, so you’ll stay by yourself), welcome bio breakfast will be waiting for you in the kitchen. The best part about my house is the neighborhood! It is the most vibrant and fast developing area in Vienna. Locals call it 6th district. It happens to be a home to the first green President of Austria! Here you will feel the spirit of the world famous Viennese coffee-culture at Cafe Sperl, Cafe Ritter or Cafe Jelinek. This area is the most genuine Vienna, where locals prefer to live.

The most famous market in Vienna 'Naschmarkt' is just 5 minutes away from my house. Each Saturday you can enjoy an authentic flea market and farmer’s market with seasonal regional produce. Around Naschmarkt you will find some of the most beloved places where locals hang out, including galleries, museums, cafes, restaurants and bars. You can reach historical city center by several nice walks and discover Vienna by foot. The major shopping street Mariahilferstrasse is just 3 minutes up the hill. Two major Viennese opera houses - Staatsoper and Theater an der Wien - are only in 15 minutes by foot.
