Fully equipped house, ideal for families with children and groups. There are no balconies for safety reasons (it is on ground level). It is 95m2 and has immediate access to the shared swimming pool. A/C, WIFI available. Located in South Crete in a quiet neighbourhood just few meters (980m) from Matala beach. 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, TV, sofa and wardrobe, one bedroom with a double bed, and one more with two single beds. On request, we can put a baby bed & a baby chair.

Our house is accessible for wheelchairs as there are open places and capacious bathroom.

Our group of villas consists of 3 independent & fully equipped apartments: Villa Eleni, Villa Marilena & Villa Marina. All of them have independent access and the swimming pool is shared among the guests. All of them have their own garden with lawn and BBQ area.

Our house is on a quiet spot at Matala. You can have a nice tour while walking from the house to the beach of Matala (980m away). Just 150m away from the villa there is the bus station and in 900m there are many shops and a super market as well.
