The villa is situated close to Spathi Beach (800 meters walking distance). The beach of Spathi is one of the most beautiful, not only on Kea, but in Greece as well. It is large with nice bright sand, and can be found 14 km from Loulida, the capital of the island, and around 20 km from the Port. During weekdays, depending on the month, you might find only a few people there. While even on the weekends, it is almost never crowded. Although other beaches on the island have amenities such as water sports facilities, our beach is highly recommended for swimming and relaxing, since its crystal blue waters are ideal for this activity.
