Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet, hell und gemütlich. Sie hat eine zum Wohnraum offene Küche mit allem, was man braucht inkl. Spülmaschine. Auch ein Schreibtisch ist vorhanden und ein Screen zum Arbeiten. Auf dem TV kann man Netflix schauen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bars, Geschäfte in der Mariahilfer Einkaufsmeile, Restaurants sind alle fußläufig in ca. 5Min erreichbar. Das Museumsquartier ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

The space
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur mit angrenzender Toilette, einem offenen Wohnraum mit Schreibtisch, Sofa und Fernseher und einer offenen Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen und alles was man sonst so braucht ausgestattet.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Tür getrennt. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man Zugang zum Bad. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe ausgesucht worden.
