Die großen Fenster zeigen Richtung Westen und bieten eine wunderbare Abendsonne. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großes Doppelbett, im Kinderzimmer stehen ein Kinderbett (1,60x90) und ein Gitterbett. Bei Bedarf stehen zwei Matratzen zur Verfügung, die im Wohnzimmer aufgelegt werden können.

Die Wohnung ist eine klassische Wiener Altbauwohnung in einem Jugendstilhaus (Baujahr 1910). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Einspann-Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Gasherd, Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung ist kinderfreundlich und verfügt über Kindergeschirr, Spielzeug, einen Kinderstuhl und einen Hochstuhl (TrippTrapp). Bei Bedarf gibt es noch ein zweites Gitterbett, welches im Schlafzimmer aufgestellt werden kann.
