Das Haus in dem sich das Apartment befindet, liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße , und ist in einem wunderschönen Gründerzeithaus von 1888. Das Apartment hat jedoch einen eigenen Eingang, direkt von der Straße. Der lichtdurchflutete Wohnraum ist sehr hoch ( ca. 6 m) . Es gibt praktisch kein Vis à vis. Das Apartment ist ca. 55m2 groß .

The space
Die Wohnküche ( Induktionsherd) ist mit Jugendstilmöbeln ( großer Tisch mit Sesseln) ausgestattet. Siehe Fotos. 2 Barhocker und ein großer Fernseher
vervollständigen das gemütliche Ambiente. 1Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer und WC. Über eine Stiege gelangt man auf eine Art Empore mit kleinem Tisch und bequemen Armlehnstühlen. Ganz nah ist die Musikakademie ( hier kann man auch gratis Aufführungen von Studenten besuchen)..

Guest access
Parken kann man gratis vor dem Haus zwischen Freitag 22h bis Montag Früh 9h. Ansonsten gibt es in 15 min Gehentfernung eine Garage: 6€/Tag.
