Cozy apartment, 2 rooms, in Saint-Gilles, in a family house located in It is a quiet apartment on the 1st floor of a house located in the backyard. We are a couple and we live on the ground floor and 2nd floor. The house is very well soundproofed and you have total independence. The apartment is reserved for both our families, friends, and airbnb travelers. It's comfortable and has everything you need. Very lively area: bars, restaurants 5/10 min, large park ideal for sports, picnics or ballads. We are 5 minutes by tram from the Gare du Midi.
P.s: We are eco-friendly, use organic products (laundry, cleaning products ...) 1st floor of our house. Independent entrance, quiet place, vintage style.
