This is a brand new apartment with its own entrance in a brand new modern 2-story building, which finished construction in 2018. The location is ideal; it's a very short drive (about 2km) or bus ride from the Chania old town. You can drive directly to the airport and all the popular beaches on Akrotiri like Marathi, Loutraki, Kalathas etc in 10-20 minutes without having to go through the busy town. You can also walk in 5 minutes to a major Super Market, and to the bus stop right next to it. You can park very close to the apartment on the road right outside.
