The space
For such a well-connected location (5 minutes to two different U-bahns and a handful of trams and buses, 15 minutes from city center) the area and apartment itself are really very tucked away and comfortable, especially since right across from a club and down the street from an amazing coffee roastery (Blau Stern) that serves great brunch and desserts! The roommates (although they work most of the day, as a doctor and mathematician) are amazingly hospitable and will make you fell right at home and as long-time residents of Vienna will help you with whatever you need!
And not to forget you are within just a few minutes of the (in)famous incinerator designed by Hundertwasser, it's really amazing!
