The flat (45sqm) is typical Viennese style, completely refurbished, very quiet and bright, with a modern livingroom (36'' HD-TV, BluRay, log into YOUR Netflix/AmazonPrime), fully equipped kitchen (fridge, Nespresso, stove, microwave, washing-machine... A very nice bathroom with shower and toilet (hairdryer & towels included, ). The bedroom has a 140x200cm bed for two, very quiet.

The space
There is free WiFi in the apartment, and as I use a portable WiFi Router, you can take it to town and connect it with your smartphone (only data included!), so you can save your data roaming fees!
This is not a party place but you can easily have normal fun in the living room, just don't play loud music after 10pm, please be quiet in the halls, especially after 10pm. Smoking is forbidden in the whole building and the apartment.

There is a supermarket called "Billa" open everyday(!) from 7am to 10pm -very useful on Sundays. In the building on the corner theres a little bakery with marvelous (nuts)-bread and decent coffee. Opposite of the bakery there is an indian restaurant with a really perfect 5,00 Euro Lunch menu - very good value for the money, also a vegetarian option. Also around is quite a good Sushi Takeaway, an nice Italian restaurant, and a McD. I'll give you all the info about good restaurants in Vienna and how to avoid the tourist traps. Always ask me, I'm quite a Foodie. For a little relaxing you find the beautiful Liechtenstein Park with its Palais within a 2' walk. If you like to run, there is the Donaukanal (Danubechannel) very nearby, there you can run at the waterfront for miles!
