The space
The village is 12 km from Livadi (Serifos' port) and 5klm from chora. Car is recommended. There is parking place outside the village, 3 min walk from the house. No cars are allowed in the village.

Guest access
In the house there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds (kouketa, one above the other), two living rooms, one in the ground floor as you enter the house and the other one on the top floor next to the kitchen. Seven people can stay in the house. There is a roomy veranda where you can rest, see the Aegean sea or the sunset, eat dinner or just relax! Panagia is located in the North side of Serifos and it is built amphitheatrically on a hill. The settlement is still inhabited and it has been developed during the 19th century around the church, which dates from the 11th century.

The church of Panagia, or of Xylopanagia as the locals call it, because of an old local habit, is one of the most important religious monuments of the island.

The village is small but beautiful and it is worth taking a walk around its picturesque narrow streets as well as stopping to take a rest at the shady square next to the church.
