Welkom in ons huis in de Meibloemstraat - Brugse Poort, Gent. Het ligt op slechts twee kilometer van het centrum van Gent, en is gelegen in een hele sociale, toffe buurt. Ideaal dus om Gent te verkennen. Ons huis zelf is heel rustig en biedt veel leuke plekjes om te ontspannen. Perfect om tot rust te komen na een dagje Gent.

The space
De benedenverdieping bestaat uit een open living, keuken en een wc’tje. De keuken geeft uit op een leuk tuintje met lounge en mogelijkheid tot een vuurtje. Ideaal om tot rust te komen na een dagje Gent. Het is een zonnig tuintje, maar biedt ook voldoende schaduw. We delen een egel met een aantal buren, dus ‘s avonds/‘s nachts kan je leuk bezoek verwachten.
Er staat ook een frambozenplant, dus in de zomer kan je elke ochtend verse frambozen plukken.

Ons huis is gelegen in de Brugse Poort, Gent. Het is gelegen op slechts twee kilometer van het centrum van Gent. De Brugse Poort is een hele toffe, sociale buurt. In onze straat is er een lokale kruidenierswinkel Akker&Ambacht en De Meubelfabriek waar vaak leuke activiteiten doorgaan. Ook De Koer is gelegen in onze straat. Hier kan je terecht voor leuke optredens en feestjes. Als je geïnteresseerd bent in leuke optredens, neem dan ook zeker eens een kijkje op de site van Bij’ De Vieze Gasten.
Er zijn heel veel toffe eetgelegenheden in de buurt, zoals Woest, Superkelly en Eethuis Karoot. Café Congé is alleszins ons vast stamcafé :), en ideaal voor een drankje onder locals.
Goed om te weten is dat het een hele rustige buurt is, en dat er dus ondanks dat er veel te doen is niet veel (nacht-)lawaai is.
Onze straat komt uit op een tof parkje, het Kokerparkje, waar je op vrijdagavond zeker welkom bent voor een aperitiefje.
Ook het park ‘De Groene Vallei’ is vlakbij.
