With its bright windows overlooking the diverse rooftops of Vienna our apartment has a liberating urban vibe to it.
There is a spacious terrace oasis on top of it to sunbathe, relax, have a coffee or sunset drink and take in the view of Vienna.

The apartment is brand-new with beautiful oakwood floors.
It is clean, quiet, peaceful and furnished with care and love.

The space
Our apartment is located on the top of a typical Viennese 100 year old Zinshaus - but fear not, the building has just been renovated from scratch:)
Surrounding a peaceful mediterranean courtyard it combines Viennese historical charm with the newest amenities and appliances.
There is air conditioning in every room as well as floor heating for our winter guests, and automated shades for all windows.

The apartment is centrally located in walking distance to the Westbahnhof Train Station, the famous Schönbrunn Palace and Viennas biggest shopping street Mariahilferstraße.
The 15th district Rudolfsheim is an up and coming neighbourhood full of artists and young families.
There are cute little art shops in Reindorfgasse, restaurants, coffee shops (including Gota, who are well deservedly Austria’s Barista Champions of 2019) and the historical Raimundtheater just around the corner.
There are plenty of grocery shops around, the closest one is a Spar just 1 min away on the next street corner.
At the train station Westbahnhof nearby there is a shopping mall with a Merkur that is open until 11pm including Sundays (unlike most other shops in the city) and our beloved O’mellis Juice Shop with fresh healthy juices and smoothies, which is open every day too until 9.

Travel Details from the host -> My husband Max and I are an international couple who travels a lot, due to our professions and family life. Max is a US filmmaker and I am an actor and singer from Vienna, Austria. We love seeing the world and cherish places with good taste and energy, which is what we would like to offer to our guests. We love the thought of opening our apartment to people from all over the world while we are gone. And to give them a chance to have a comfortable place while exploring the city we love so much.
