Welcome ! I lived in this apartment everytime when I'm in Wien. It is a studio stype apartment with 2 Rooms , Lounge and WC ,Bath . 10 Minuets to the City Center and only by one line metro everything is accessible , gym , restaurant and supermarkt.

The space
it is a 34sq meter studio flat in the 2nd floor of an old building but safe and comfortable. I live in this place but during this date I am not in Vienna so I would like to have it rented.

Everything is in my place except that there is no Cable TV , The TV is only for PS3 Game which you are welcome . You are also allowed to use my LCD Projector that will project on the wall to have a wide screen movie at your pleasure.

My place is close to Gym , Supermarkets and Restaurant in the center of Reumannplatz of the 10 district which has all connections of Buses , Trams and Metro. By metro it will only take 7 minuets to the center.
