We would love to welcome you to our villa, located in a beautiful area, in the town of Ialisos. We are within a few minutes walking distance from the beautiful pebble beach, tourist shops and popular restaurants.

The villa is large, including a fitness area and verandas surrounding the property on both levels so it is a perfect way to spend your holiday days.

We can host up to 9 guests comfortably but there is a lot of space so we are happy to accomodate more with temporary beds, of up to 12!

The space
We are situated on a plot of 4 acres with 200 sq.m per floor which gives space for a gym, large living room and dining area in addition to the rooms upstairs.

The garden is large, including a tennis court, and could do with a little work but we have verandas/balconies surrounding the house on all levels and on all sides which gives perfect opportunities to bathe in the Rhodes sun at all times of the day.

The house is situated at the foot of Mount Filerimos and one can walk from the house around it.
In 4 minutes on foot someone can be found on the beach .
There are great and nice cafes and big supermarkets nearby.
The area looks north and is one of the best on the island, so much that from the old times the wealthy locals and concorers builted their country houses here.
