The modern, newly decorated Villa stands alone and is very private with a terrace and small pool.
The two bedrooms have either 2 x single beds or 1 x super king bed (1m.80 wide), both with en suite bathrooms.

The villa has a small private pool with the location being in the centre of Elounda situated in a quiet residential street, Only a two minute walk to the sandy beach which provides water sports, a small harbour and all the amenities including good shopping facilities, banks, ATM, bars, restaurants and pharmacies. There is a regular boat service from the harbour in Elounda to the Island of Spinalonga which is 20 minutes away. A short drive down the road will take you to the picturesque village of Plaka, where there is a large pebbled beach and several waterside tavernas. Agios Nikolaos is a mere 15 minutes drive from Elounda and Heraklion airport is a 60 minutes drive, water parks, golf course and archaeological sites including the world famous Knossos Palace are all within a 45 to 60 minutes drive
