Villa Olive is built in a large garden on the seafront, together with villa Stone. The ground floor consists of a living room, an open kitchen and a bedroom.
Two bedrooms occupy the second floor. The one has a separate entrance and a loft sleeping one child. All bedrooms have double built in beds, en suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The outside area offers verandas with pergolas and wonderful sunset views .
The swimming pool of 12,75 X 3,75 m. has a spacious shaded sitting area.

The space
Olive & Stone villas, were built in 2006, as a family's summer house, on a plot of 6,000 sq.m., on the seafront. We only rent villa Olive, a few weeks each year.
Two small beaches border the plot, and several others are within few minutes walk. Some are sheltered from the “meltemi” wind. Villa Olive is located on the island of Paros, between Voutakos and Alyki, looking west to Antiparos. This area has only a few villas in big plots of land, owned by Athenians. No cafeterias, hotels, rooms-to-let nearby. The seaside is a string of small and bigger sand beaches, interspersed with stretches of rock. Even in mid-August the area is quiet and the small beaches almost empty. Natural vegetation is preserved, and gardens are laid with Mediterranean flora. The location offers beautiful sunset views. One can combine seclusion with access to the busy life of Paros: nightlife, windsurfing, shopping. The small fishing village of Alyki, nearby, offer both tavernas and fine dining.
