On your way to Villa Mariva at Triopetra you will pass through Spili village where you can have a coffee in lions squear or some shopping from local super markets, after words you will pass Akoumia village for local raki if you wish with locals and your last destination is Triopetra where your host will be waiting for you.
Triopetra is a coastal settlement. It is 52 km from Rethymno and 13 km from Akoumia. Triopetra consists of two beaches, which are separated by a small peninsula. South of the beach there is a small port and a little further flows Akoumianos River, which separates Triopetra from the unique Dunes of Agios Pavlos. There are taverns on the beach, while umbrellas are also offered.
