Villa Margarita covers a territory of 200sm and consists of two floors, connected with interior wooden stairs. The ground floor includes an equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting-room and WC while the upper floor has three bedrooms, sofa-bed, master bathroom and three verandas with view to the sea. Outdoors, there is a barbecue and a ping pong table! Villa Margarita can be rent separately for 5 persons, together with the Villa Margarita swimming pool studio for 7 people.

Lots of natural light, strong presence of wood, respect to tradition, influenced by the Cyclades, neoteric features, family atmosphere, coziness… a special kind of accommodation in an authentic island ambiance. “Embraced” by gardens and open verandas which oversee Meloi beach, the port of Skala and Merikas bay.
