Villa Aretousa 2 is a new, sea view 5-bedroom villa with a private pool and a mini golf, built in three levels all above the ground level. It is located 9 km west of Chania and 1100 meters from the famous sandy beach of Agia Marina.

The space
On the main, first floor of the villa a sea view living room with comfortable lounges, fireplace, a 32" TFT satellite TV, DVD, stereo, an open plan dining room and a fully equipped kitchen are offered. Big electric kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee filter, microwave are provided. One bathroom with a washing machine, next to the internal staircase, is also offered on the same floor.

Another open plan living room, a dining room and a kitchen are offered on the pool level.

Agia Marina is a very famous beach resort of Crete with a well-known, sandy beach with crystal clear waters. Along the sandy beach of Agia Marina there are offered numerous beach bars, pool bars, sport choices (jet skiing, windsurfing, beach tennis, beach volley), food facilities and lovely views on the islet of Agioi Theodori. Shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are also located in the main seaside road that passes through the village, at a small walking distance from the villa.
