Very quiet, bright and airy 5th floor flat in an ideal location near city centre.
All amenities within a 100 meter radius, including supermarkets, bakeries, local transport.
The city centre is reachable by tube (2 stops away), bus or by walking up the main avenue with its many shops and cafes.

The flat is ideal for a couple but may host up to 4 (sofa-bed in the living room).
Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.
A garage space may be put at your disposal for an additional fee.

The space
The building itself has a small garden with a sand pit which can be used by our (younger) guests.

Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests.

Other things to note
The flat is brand new and will one day be our granny flat. In the meantime we'd be delighted to let visitors to Vienna use it as a base to explore this beautiful city.

The neighborhood is very pleasant, has all useful shops including a lovely bakery where you can get all sorts of typical breads and buns and very good breakfasts.
The building is situated right in front of a park with a large kids play area (but you can't hear it from the flat) and lots of benches.

Travel Details from the host -> We're a multicultural family of four living and working and studying and having fun in Vienna. We have two young daughters whom we are trying our best to educate to be tolerant, open-minded and respectful citizens of the world.
