Very large room next to a beautiful bathroom (shared with the host) . In a charming apartment on the 4th floor (without lift !), terrace with a view of the old Bordeaux. Access kitchen, old stone & wood style. At the heart of the lively Saint Pierre neighborhood (but quiet).
There is a lot of stairs to get you to the apartment as it's 4th floor, and there is no lift, so not suitable for elderly, or overweight people.

The space
Stone housing typical of Bordeaux ("pierre de taille"). With wooden mezzanines and stairs that give an impression of "Tree House" .
Quiet terrace to have breakfast outside. Overlooking the roofs of the buildings and , UNESCO heritage area ! ...
NB: there is a cat in the flat. He is sweet but not allowed to go in the bedroom

Guest access
Access to the terrace, kitchen with fridge to leave milk, drinks and food. Table of the living room for having your own breakfast if you want

This property is in the heart of the Old Bordeaux, 5 to 15 minutes walk from the main monuments: Cathedral Pey Berland , Place de la Bourse, Grand Theatre, Mirror of water, Garonne river ...!
At the entrance of the trendy district : Grosse Cloche, St James street, groovy Place Fernand Lafargues ... with its traditional French restaurant or Italian restaurants, Thai, ... and other bagels, Fish and Chips ... and of course its trendy bars ...Place du Palais, to take a drink (apéritif time in particular) on a terrace, when it is not too cold ;-) Chez Fred, facing the Porte Cailhau.
My favorite places : Café Piha, for breakfast or brunch, rue des Ayres... . Or "Plume", rue Cheverus.
The Santosha, for a Pad Thai, place Fernand Lafargue.
The Kitchen Garden for a tasty vegetarian lunch, in the charming rue Sainte Colombe... or Massa for nice falafels, rue des Ayres again.
