This 40 square meters apartment is located on the 5th floor of an old traditional building in which the "Canuts" (silk manufacturers in the 19th century) used to live and work on Jacquard Looms. Because these machines were very tall, you will notice that the ceiling in my apartment is more than 4 meters high !
Near the apartment you will find lots of "Traboules" which are a type of passageway originally used by silk manufacturers and other merchants to transport their products.

The space
The apartment has an entrance and a comfortable living room with a not overlooked view. There's a separate kitchen with a fridge (including a small freezer), a stove, and a washing machine. There's also a separate bathroom with a shower and water closet. The bedroom is an alcove with two doors, one opening in the living room, and the other one in the entrance. It is equipped with a 120cm bed and a chest of drawers.
