Independent studio with mezzanine, in garden, very cozy, holidays ambiance guaranteed! Come and relax in a quiet neighborhood, 30 minutes from Bordeaux, from the Atlantic beaches and from the "Bassin d'Arcachon", and only 10 minutes from Bordeaux Mérignac airport.

The space
The studio is independent from the house, completely renovated in 2015 with quality materials (mainly wood), able to accommodate from 1 to 4 people and composed of :
- A 160 ft² room with sofa bed (2 people) and a breakfast / lunch corner (no cooking plates),
- A small mezzanine with a 4,6 ft wide mattress (2 people),
- A 32 ft² bathroom, including a shower, a vanity unit and a WC.

Guest access
A small refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee maker, as well as a small set of dishware (plates, glasses, cutlery) are available. The studio has Wi-Fi access. A fan is also provided. A baby bed can be loaned if needed.
