The space
This is our family summer house in the idyllic island of Serifos (part of the Cyclades group of islands). It is a 75m2 beautiful house with 2 storeys, with the 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and the open space kitchen and living room upstairs with a balcony that overlooks Livadakia Beach.

Upstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, cooking stuff (olive oil, herbs etc), a Nespresso coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen was renovated in 2015. The house resides in a small complex of 15 houses (the owners...we are all friends). The area is extremely safe...during the day we leave the houses unlocked. The complex is very safe for kids.

The beach in front is called Livadakia Beach and has many trees that provide shade. To the left of our house is a taverna on the beach (also offers ice-cream and coffee) and to the right a camping site.

The camping site has a beach bar, a small pool with a lifeguard (you can use the pool as long as your order something from the bar or restaurant) . It also has a self-service restaurant . Also there is a mini-market in the camping site with very basic stuff

From the beach, you can climb up the hill to the right (as you look onto the sea) and walk to the next beach called Karavi.

Usually, there is a guy on the beach you rents canoes, wind surfing stuff and SUPs.
