This private double studio is located on the top of a two story building less than 5 minutes from the village's center. It has a long, uncovered private balcony with beautiful view to the sea and the village below.

The space
The studio is comfortable for two guests, it has a new, well equipped kitchen and a airy bathroom that comes with a glass shower cabin. It has A/C and Wi-Fi connection.
Beds and mattresses are new and anatomical, they can also split or merge depending on your request (this I should know before your arrival). This studio was renovated from the period 2016-2017.

Other things to note
A citytax of 0.50 euro per night to be paid in cash upon arrival.

The best on this neighborhood is that despite the fact that is less than 5 minutes walking from the village's center it is very quite. It has also much better view that the houses downtown and of course it is less noisy. There are not only hotels around but mostly houses of locals.

Travel Details from the host -> I love traveling and my goal is to make at least a trip a year. I own a small property in Plakias, Crete where I host guests during the summer period. I joined Airbnb because I felt it is a bit more personal and less formal and typical than other means of traveling and since I did it, I use it for traveling exclusively.
