This is my roommates room¸which I was renting it in the summer, and now he is gone again for some time so I am renting it again. His room is big, cosy and very quiet. The apartment is very well connected- just between Metro U6 (Station Nussdorferstrasse) and U4 (Station Friedensbrücke), tram lines D (which goes on famous "Ringstrasse" and Suedbahnhof), 5 (from Pratater to Westbahnhof), 33, 38,37 and buss 40A. I am a musician, a harpist and love to meet new people!

Since I have a double bed and a couch the place is good for families with one kid.

Other things to note

The 9th district has a very good location- its borders are with 1st (the center), 8th (a student district), and 20th (with beautiful Augarten). Between 20th and 9th there is a Danube canal with a lot of bars and restaurants. Just 2 minutes walk from my apartment there is a beautiful Lichtenstein palace and a beautiful and cosy little Servieten curch and street with a lot of little restaurants and the best pizza restaurant in Vienna.
