This appartment is really tastfull and special. The place got renovated in a mix of Viennese and Swedish style. There is a livingroom, a eatingroom. 3 sleepingrooms. My place is near "Naschmarkt", the fleamarket, museums, coffeehouses, Mariahilferstraße and the City. You gonna love my place because of the trees in front of the windows and because it´s the best part of town here! My place fits couples, families or buisnesstravellers.

The space
The appartment has an livinigroom, dinningroom and three sleepingrooms. One with a dubble and two with single beds. The atmosphere is a mix of "old Vienna", Vintage and funny stuff.
In summertime the apartment is much colder than most of in Vienna.

Guest access
It´s not so easy to get parkingspace here around. You have to pay for park. But the access to public transfer is very good!
