The Villa Beachside with space for up to 6 persons is located on the beach of Paxiammos, close to Kalamaki and Kamilari. It is a lovely stone house, build in 2012 with 2 bedrooms and a huge veranda with shade and a stone oven / BBQ .
The perfect place for couples or family how are looking for privacy and a place close to the beach.

We have a private parking and a gate, so you don't have to worry about anything, while you are out for trips.

The house is just 1 minutes walk from the sea and in a very quite area. The beach is mix with sand and pebbles, there are also some flagstones in the water and you can have a nice walk along the sea (about 25min) until the next village Kalamaki. From there the beach turns into a white sandy beach and you can walk along to Komos beach, which is one of the best beaches of Europe It is a natural beach, without houses, just with 2 taverns and a little hidden beach bar in the center of the beach.

At our beach there is one small tavern, more for coffee, snacks & salates, but we have many very good taverns in our area.
In the village Kamilari (5min by car) you will find good places like taverna Kypos, Chrisopigi, the famous pizzaria...
Then you can go the Sivas, where we have fantasic places and of course also in Matala, where is also the night live with bars, cafes, live music and a club directly at the sea (hakuna matala).
