The studio apartment is located in a quiet area in the center of the city of Chania. It is a 10 minute walk from the bus station, 5 minutes from the main market and 10 minutes from the old harbor.
The studio is an independent ground floor apartment. Outside is a beautiful garden with roses, daisies, bougainvillea and rosemary. The interior consists of a large room with bedroom and dining room. At the edge of the area, in a recess, there is a kitchen and the door leading to the spacious bathroom.

The space
Within a very short distance, about 200 meters, there is a mini market, which is open 24 hours a day. And at 300 meters there is a supermarket.

Guest access
Outside of the studio there is a small rose garden and rosemary where you can relax, have a coffee or smoke.
If you have a car, there is parking space outside the apartment on the public road.

The street outside the studio is very quiet because they do not pass cars. The reason is that this road stops a few meters out of the house and is a dead end. This is because there is a very old house and two huge pines right at this point on the road. We consider it a great luck for us, we are staying here.
Some of the best places for lunch and dinner in the neighbourhood are: The traditional restaurant ''Apokoronas'' with traditional food and great quality of meat. If you want to taste something sweet near the neighbourhood there is ''Bougatsa Iordanis'' with the traditional dessert ''bougatsa'' with cheese cream which you can combine with greek coffee.
