The luxury house "La casa piccola" is located in the Old Town of Chania in the historic neighborhood of Splantzia, only 200 meters from the old Venetian port and 300 meters from the central market of the modern city. It is a two storey building of 46m2 that was destroyed during the bombings of the Second World War and has been renovated since 2016 with respect to the architectural style as well as the character of the area.

The space
At the ground floor there is a sofa, which is transformed to a bed (140X200mm), a dining table and a full- equipped kitchen, with oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a coffee-machine. On the upper floor there is a WC and a bedroom (bed dimensions 140X200mm) equipped with a desk, a flat-screen 24΄΄ TV with satellite channels, iron, hair dryer and a safe. There is also a balcony. Both floors are air-conditioned.
