The house is located 50 m from the beautiful Potamia beach that is well protected from the summer north winds. The property is a 7 min. drive from the attractive sea side village of Loutra.

The space
The house on the ground floor consists of a sitting area and an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. The lower lever consists of two sunny bedrooms with the possibility of adding baby cots, a bathroom and a playroom. There is an internal staircase with extra toddler-security gates.

Guest access
There is a shady private parking on the grounds for 3 cars.

Other things to note
A second adjacent four-bedroom house (seen on the photos) could be rented - depending on availability - for larger groups.
