The house, a NEW one bedroom studio, small but cozy, finished in June 2019 is located in a nice Greek quiet and safe neighborhood, where you can find most of the necessary things within very short walking distance - bakery shop, pharmacy, supermarket, kiosks, restaurants, coffee shops and more.
The BEST is though that the METRO station is just 5 minutes walking away, and you only need 2 minutes to the biggest Metro Mall in Athens and 9 minutes to Acropolis METRO station in the heart of Athens.

The space
The studio is close to the center of Athens (just about 9-10 minutes by the Metro). At the same time it is located in a safe and quiet area about 20 minutes with the local bus or about 10 minutes by car/taxi from the beach. The studio is owned by a Greek-Swedish family living in the same building ready to assist you at any time. No pictures yet but will be provided soon. (Still under construction until end of June)
