Anreise mit dem Auto: über die Autobahn A2, A22, E49 bis Ausfahrt Kaisermühlen.

Seit 1. März 2022 wird in ganz Wien Parkgebühren erhoben.
Die Kurzparkgebühren betragen 1,10 Euro je halber Stunde. Für angefangene halbe Stunden ist der volle Abgabenbetrag zu entrichten.
Eine Stunde kostet € 2,20, zwei Stunden € 4,40. In Wien ist es möglich, die Parkgebühren per Handy zu begleichen.
Gratis ist weiterhin der 15-Minuten-Parkschein.
Der Geltungszeitraum ist Mo.-Fr., 9 - 22 Uhr. Die zulässige Höchstparkdauer beträgt überall 2 Stunden. Dann muss das Auto umgeparkt werden, ausser man stellt das Auto in einem der Parkhäuser Wiens ab.

In meiner Nähe ist das BOE Parkhaus: (24 h € 3,60,-, Wochentarif € 18,30,-)

Travel Details from the host -> Hey, I´m Elisabeth! I'm an open-minded Austrian artist. I make exhibitions, once a while I lead workshops in painting and throughout the year I organize different kind of workshops in Austria. I love art, painting, traveling, meditating, hiking and dancing. I grew up in the house which I renovated with a lot of caring and love to create a cozy and beautiful atmosphere, so everyone can relax and feel at home here. I am renting out three new ECO renovated and furnished ART apartments, equipped to a high standard in my family house. I myself live on the second floor when I am in Vienna. My home is surrounded by water and leisure paradises. I love this more green and homelike part of Vienna, where one can make beautiful walks along the Danube River just by walking out of the house. The subway U1 brings you in 10 minutes into the center. As I have spent a lot of my time in foreign countries myself (I lived in Paris, Sweden and in India), it is of real importance for me that my guests will feel at home and to provide them with an environment, where they can relax and feel welcome. I speak English beside German, my Co-host Milena is speaking also French, Spanish, Slovenian and Serbian. I would love to host and welcome you in the cozy home which is waiting for you!
