It is a 90 sq. m. cool semi-basement house with bright light coming in, having a big garden in front of it, with fruit trees, plants and flowers. It is located in a very quiet area surrounded by trees, right next to a big hotel resort and a convention center, and within walking distance from the centre of the Port of Hersonissos.
