The apartment is 35 m2: a sunny, cosy kitchen, a bedroom/living room with a French balcony, separate toilet and bathroom. The apartment is on the 2. Floor in a traditional 'Altbau' (old viennese building) with tall ceilings. The flat is facing a quiet, green courtyard where the only loud noise is birdsong. Augarten, the loveliest park in Vienna, is just across the street, Prater and Karmelittermarkt easily reached by foot.

The space
The apartment is homey and cozy (I love living here), but please note that I am a student, most of my furniture is second hand, the apartment is old and well-used and it shows! Please do not book my place if you expect a generic, hotel room-like experience ;)
You enter into a small hallway and on the right side is a toilet. Then comes the kitchen which is narrow but very bright, and furnished with a dinner table and two chairs. In the kitchen there is also a washing mahcine which you are of course welcome to use.

The area has an easy going atmosphere with many small quirky corners and shops. The apartment is just around the corner from Augarten, a beautiful park, close to the Prater (amusement park and larger park), several nice markets are not too far away, close to U-bahn, buses and tram, 1st district is 20 minutes away on foot, the donaukanal close by and a lot of nice cafés, restaurants and bars.
